Amy Smith

Amy has been in real estate for 23 years, bringing deep experience and a relationship-first approach to every client she works with. She started her career so she could work from home while raising her two boys, and she's spent over two decades helping buyers and sellers navigate the process with confidence.

Originally from Cheyenne, Wyoming, Amy moved to Michigan in 1999 and has lived in Monroe County ever since. She brings a marketing mindset and a willingness to think outside the box, always focused on helping her clients feel confident in their decisions.

Amy has been married to her husband Bret, a Detective Sergeant with the Michigan State Police, for 25 years (together for 29). They have two grown sons: Kody, an attorney in Indianapolis, and Kyle, an engineer in Hillsdale who recently got engaged. They also have a rescued long-haired cat named Millie Mae. When she's not helping clients, Amy is on the golf course, trail riding on her side-by-side ATV, or planning the next trip. Fun fact: she's one of nine kids — six sisters and two brothers.
