Justin Lathon

Justin brings a restaurant management background to real estate, with years of experience connecting with people, solving problems on the fly, and making sure everyone walks away happy. That foundation shapes how he serves his clients — keeping the process simple, clear, and stress-free.

Relocating from Toledo, Ohio, Justin is also a real estate investor himself. He knows what it's like to go through the buying process and is passionate about guiding others through it the same way his agent guided him on his first investment property. He's intuitive to what his clients need and trusts his gut without overstepping.

Justin lives with his girlfriend, their Golden Retriever puppy Oakley, and a kitten named Theo. When he's not helping clients, he's at the gym, building Legos from iconic movies, watching thriller documentaries with family, playing games with his nephew Ashton, or catching up on anime. He speaks a little Spanish.
