Katie Kingery

Katie has an associate degree in real estate and property management, which is a rare thing in this business. Most agents learn the industry on the job. Katie studied it first, and she brings that deeper understanding of how real estate actually works to every client she represents.

A Metro Detroit native, Katie works with buyers and sellers across the area, and what she loves most is helping people find a first or new home. She's organized, she's on time, and she moves with a sense of urgency, which matters more in this market than almost anything else. Her clients get her full attention.

Katie is close with her family, including her parents and younger sister, and she has a big extended family of aunts, uncles, and cousins. Her yellow lab Jessie is 11. Outside of work she's a coffee shop regular, loves to shop, and summer is her favorite season for the pool. She also loves to travel and rode in a doors-off helicopter in Hawaii last year.
