Michelle Blanchard

Michelle spent more than 20 years in the mortgage industry, so she knows the financing side of a home purchase inside and out. She believes buyers deserve to be informed, supported, and never pressured, which is why first-time buyers are her favorite people to work with.

A Metro Detroit native, Michelle has also launched a small beauty brand and recently finished a fix and flip with a partner, so she can talk through a home's potential as easily as its price. She's big on connecting people too, and she once hosted a women's networking brunch for nearly 100 attendees.

Michelle's mom lives with her, and she has six nieces and nephews she adores. Outside of work she loves music, shopping, and travel, and she used to host her own podcast.
