Nini Landwer

Nini spent years as a preschool teacher, working with children ages six months to five years old. That experience gave her deep reserves of patience, compassion, and the ability to break down complex processes into steps that actually make sense. She brings that same approach to real estate, guiding clients through the journey with empathy and clarity.

Originally from Kalamazoo, Nini moved to Ann Arbor for college and never left. She holds a degree in International Studies and bought her first home in 2024, an experience that sparked her interest in housing laws, lending opportunities, and investment properties. She speaks Korean, which she learned during college.

Nini has been married for three years to her husband XiaoYu, whom she met in art school. They have a six-year-old cat named Maze. When she's not helping clients, Nini enjoys the gym, gardening, reading, kayaking, and crafting, sewing, crocheting, painting, DIY projects, and she loves a good nap.
