Rachel Lekhtman

Rachel spent her career in software sales, where she learned how to listen carefully, ask the right questions, and build trust over time. She uses those same skills to guide buyers and sellers through one of the biggest decisions they will ever make.

She grew up in Detroit, spent most of her adult life in New York and Los Angeles, and is back home in Metro Detroit. That mix made her adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable with people from every background. She speaks Russian too, and her family immigrated from Russia and started over here, which is where a lot of her drive comes from.

Rachel and her husband have two young daughters, plus a dog, a cat, and a fish. Her free time goes to yoga, friends, and keeping up with the girls. She's also very flexible, though a hip implant she got young means she sets off the occasional airport security alarm.
